An invented Holiday to celebrate a rad Woman

Inspired by Nina Bellisio, who was born only a few days after some other, pre-existing holiday that millions of children look forward to with glee because it involves amazing things like COSTUMES & FREE CANDY. Despite this proximity, it never really took off as a birthday party theme (which is CRAZY, I know!).

So, In order to celebrate this very special lady & grant her something that was just out of grasp as a child, it is hereby proclaimed that Hallo(w)NEEN is to become an official holiday to be celebrated EVERY YEAR.
